I was first intoduced to the whole concept of communication from non-physical entities some years ago when introduced to the "Guide Lectures". "The Guide", as he came to be known, was a non-physical energy who spoke through a woman named Eva Pierrakos from 1957 until her death in 1979. These lectures are the heart of what came to be known as "The Pathwork".
In the beginning, although a little skeptical, the sheer purity, authenticity, and integrity of the teachings brought me to a point of acceptance where I found myself saying to myself ... "I don't care where this stuff comes from! It is real!"
I put aside all resistance. Over the following 24 months, I took every available moment to study most of the 278 Guide Lectures avialable. The outcome was a radical change of my awareness and understanding of my life - (and brother! - did I need that at the time!)
Most people I know have seen the movie "The Secret"? This powerful movie was actally based on the teachings of a group of non-physical entities known as "Abraham" who speak through a wonderful woman named Esther Hicks - (You may remember her from the first edition of the movie "The Secret").
Once again, as I listened and watched everything I could find online - (and, again, sensing that this had come in at this time as an answer to what I had been asking for), I put aside 2 weeks aside to listen and study the powerful messages and teachings of "Abraham".
Today, I have approx 300 recorded teachiings of Abraham's teachings on my iPod growing by about 5 per week. If you're not too conditioned by society, parents, teachers, churches, etc. etc. - and, you're willing to OPEN yourself to teachings that are believed to come "directly" from Source Energy, (which some call God, and, many other names ... whatever, not important), and, if you've ever asked the questions ...
